Beta-Carotene is a great antioxident that helps prevent cataracts cancer and heart disease.

Vitamin A helps with vision, growth, blood cells, and immunity!

Vitamin C is known to help with preventing sickness but it also has many other uses! It also helps with skin wrinkling, eye disease and cardiovascular disease.

According to the documentary Hungry for Change, seriously illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and cancer has been cured by giving patients LARGE doses of Vitamin C. It creates too healthy of an environment for the cancer to live in and also creates a healthier environment for the heart to live in!

Folic Acid is especially important for women. Have you ever heard a doctor say that Spinach is great for women? That’s because it protects against birth defects during pregnancy but also replenishes the body with what is lost during menstruation.  Folic acid also helps the body be able to create new cells!
