It’s normal, it happens. It’s OK.
Focus on the positive.
Take a sheet of paper, write this down:
1) Positive qualities about YOU
2) All of the blessings you’ve been given
3) Some of your favorite things
4) Your goals
I get down on myself some days, especially in the winter….there’s just something depressing about it being cold all of the time. Writing down inspirational quotes and putting them up random places helps too.
