What is an avocado? It’s various shades of green, an odd shape and a pain the the rear to cut open. (Careful not to cut open your finger!)

The truth is, THIS is a super food!

Calories: 240 per serving

Total Fat: 22g

NO Cholestorol

Total Carbohydrates: 13g (but the carbs are fibrous!)

Fiber: 10g

Sugars: 1g

Protein: 3g

The fats in this food are healthy fats! It helps with the cardiovascular system.  These are called omega-3’s. They also help promote great skin and hair.

They are high in calories, however, the nutrients in this super food do the body good. Just make sure that if you load up on the avocados, you have a healthy workout regimen as well!
