Morning juice

Having my morning boost of juice before work and the gym later.
Here’s what I’m having:
2 Organic Carrots
2 Organic Apples
1/2 of a large organic lemon
1/2 of a large organic cucumber

Sometimes it’s good to add cilantro as well. I’ve been eating lots if sushi lately. Cilantro can help get rid of metal build up in the body. There’s lots of mercury in fish, especially raw fish.
