Ever feel like you just CAN’T overcome your sweet tooth? That’s OKAY and it’s completely normal. It’s all about balance, healthy eating and exercise. If it helps, have a cheat day. It will mentally help you to put off unhealthy eating to your designated day, and you will eventually get into the habit of choosing healthy foods OVER the not so healthy ones.
