Okay, I’m sure most of us have heard of Kombucha. Quite frankly, I’m addicted. So what’s all the fuss about?
Supposedly it helps the immune system, helps with digestion, prevents cancer and also aids in keeping the liver in good health. It is made primarily from tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast. Vitamin B is mainly found in this “tart” like beverage. There are large amounts of antioxidants that can be find in this drink, which aids in the idea that it can prevent cancer. There are also plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids that are good for the heart!
Obviously there is no real proof of whether or not it’s a “magical elixir.” I think most of us can agree that it is AMAZING, regardless of how it’s pronounced
