Coconut Truffles|Obsessed

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
2 teaspoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup or honey
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mix them all together and then form coconut truffle mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
