Who doesn’t LOVE to grill out in the summer?
Prepared by yours truly – an amazing Hawaiian Kabob with chicken and a grape/avocado arugula salad. Recipe found on Pinterest – Cooking Classy
I made a few adjustments on the recipe. For the marinade, I used gluten free soy sauce, minced garlic, honey and olive oil. In the salad, we used balsamic vinegar and olive oil, Himalayan salt, and ground black pepper. The salad has arugula, grapes, avocado, purple onion and walnuts. I also got some goat cheese for the guys. It was absolutely delicious.
